dinner at caraway's
had a lovely dinner at this little bungalow-cum-restaurant hidden somewhere behind the Celcom tower called Caraway's, think Rahsia but smaller and with better food (mostly western/comfort food) for Nis' birthday, we had the place to ourselves (not sure if it was booked out for us or there just wasnt anyone else there), they had two staff around, one of which was the chef (wouldn't have figured if she didnt say so), apparently the house used to be her granddad's before he sold it, and now she's renting it from the new owners as a restaurant.
pictures are kinda fuzzy, hope to get some better ones from the other cams, this was from my phone, but you get the idea. we sat inside most of the time but they also have a nice lounge area outside with cushions.
this is my new favorite place. i had the fish and chips, which was great, especially since its hard to find authentic ones in KL, but I still envied the ones who had the pan-fried dory on mashed potatoes (orgasmic).
